Our practice is looking for a dedicated and efficient receptionist who has experience with customer service and great organizational skills. The applicant should work efficiently in a fast paced environment and be comfortable with multitasking. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. This position comes with competitive pay and great incentives, this position would be great for the long-term career seeking applicant. Knowledge of Eagle Soft is a plus. We are looking forward to hiring someone that will contribute to giving our patient's the best treatment and adding to the team. The applicant has to be flexible and adaptable.
**Basic knowledge of dentistry (Tooth numbers, basic procedures, etc) is required**
Job duties include but are not limited to,
-Welcoming incoming patients in a professional manner and promptly notifies the appropriate person of their patients arrival
-Prepares patient charts and updates patient information into the office software
-Answering phone calls, taking accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner
-Schedule patients and remind them of their appointments
-Bill out claims to insurance companies, sending out authorizations for treatment, and rescheduling patients back for treatment
-Collecting/processing payments from patients
Our office hours are Monday and Tuesday 7am-5pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7am - 3pm with lunch from 12-12:30pm. Please email resumes at any time. This position is to be filled immediately.
